Insurance coverage is limited to carrier’s and/or Donem Cargo’s liability only. Additional insurance coverage is payable upon customer’s request and upon payment of the premium quoted.
Donem Cargo’s normal billing policy is that every shipment must be paid for in the USA before shipment is made, whereas the shipper chooses “Receiver Pays”, additional charge of $10 USD will be applied to the invoice
Donem Cargo provides free packing materials like boxes and tapes to customers and also helps to package general goods in a way that will be cost effective and safe delivery ensurance.
Donem Cargo only notifies the receiver when shipments are available for pick up at our Lagos office. Whereas the shipper in the USA needs extra peace of mind and wants to be notified when shipment is delivered
